On Site: Qigong & Reiki for Mental Health at Institute of Living

Join Hilary Rudenauer, certified Reiki instructor, on the Institute of Living campus for Qigong & Reiki with Hilary. This calming session will introduce gentle practices focused on mindfulness, relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Reiki is a Japanese practice commonly used to encourage relaxation and stress reduction, while Qigong incorporates mindful movement and breathing. Participants will be guided in a supportive setting as they explore practices that may help foster a greater sense of calm. Events will be held on the IOL Green, weather permitting; otherwise, sessions will take place in the Hartford Room in the IOL Commons Building. Please check the calendar for updates or cancellations.
