This was my first appointment with Dr. Casey Connors. I thought she was excellent and professional. I made an appointment for a year from now to meet with her. However, my time , waiting in the waiting room was uncalled for. They weren’t that busy but somehow scheduling messed up. I checked in for my scheduled appointment. Everything was all set and then I waited for 50 minutes to be seen and that was after I had to remind them that I was still waiting. They checked and said oh yes, you are scheduled and everything is checked in, but we have to find out why the wait. They came back with a very convoluted excuse.
