Kayla is wonderful. People are mostly respectful and courteous. However, if you are going in for a mammogram, an ultrasound and then meet with the provider, they do not do well in keeping time. My appointment was at 1:15PM (granted, I checked in at at 1:16). Mammogram was scheduled for 1:15, ultrasound 1:45, meet the provider at 2:30. Here is how it went instead- Mammogram was done promptly at 1:30. That was completed in like 5 minutes. I was back in the waiting room to wait for my ultrasound which was scheduled for 1:45. No one came by until I stuck my head out the door at 2:10 to find out what the heck was going on. At 2:20 a nice ultra sonographer took me in. She did a fabulous job and then I waited 45 MINUTES for the radiologist to interpret the results!!! The provider cannot meet with me, the patient without those results. At 3:10 the provider walks in for the final exam. In other words, do not expect a quick visit. The whole afternoon was shot.

One of a kind APRN. Attention to detail. Glad to have her as my provider. I’m not saying it because I want to but because of how I feel when she interacts during care with me. Amazing human!

Kayla is one of the most delightful medical professionals that I’ve encountered. As a woman dealing with mammogram results & needing a follow-up physical breast examination, I couldn’t have been in more capable hands!

I was very impressed with Kayla. She was professional, gave the most thorough exam I have had, answered my questions and listened to me. Having been a nurse for years in women's health I think she is working in the perfect environment and you should feel lucky to have her in your practice.

Kayla clearly explained everything in advance during the procedure she was performing. She thoroughly answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. From Dr. Bartus to Kayla Cristoferi to the support staff who greet you and check you out, this practice is excellent.
