For years, I was suffering from extreme neck pain that just progressively was getting worse the last couple years. I had daily migraines as well. I finally could not take it anymore. I went through physical therapy first with no relief. They sent me to Dr. Quereshi and I immediately felt so much hope after meeting him. We discussed options and I decided after leaving his office a couple hours later to go through with surgery. I had my surgery February 25, 2026. That was the date of my last migraine and the last time I felt neck pain. I am so glad I did not wait to have surgery. For the first time in years, I feel “human” again. I’m able to do things that I love without worrying about pain. I’m no longer in bed multiple times a week because the pain and suffering is too much. Dr Quereshi and his team were nothing short of amazing. I will refer them to anyone. The entire process was so incredibly smooth. The staff is extremely caring and compassionate.

I went to see the doctor about a week ago with MRI imaging of degenerative disc disease in my neck. We explored the options of physical therapy or surgery, but was promised medication to alleviate the pain. The doctor will not call me back or not respond to me in anyway so if you're looking for a doctor that will do the work and probably let you sit in pain this is the guy for you.

Had an appointment with Doctor Nazer Quershi on Friday he explained to me through my imaging that I had a problem between my C6 and my C7 disc in my neck moderate to severe we explored our options which is physical therapy and medication and when I left that night and checked my pharmacy, there was nothing for medication. It was also nothing for medication on a Saturday now mind you he’s not there till Monday. His on-call doctor will not write a prescription for any inflammation or pain medication so now I will suffer Friday, Saturday and Sunday and most of Monday as well. I will be contacting the medical board…. As a response to the dr.s explanation after the fact .. i have still gotten no response from his on call Dr. nor have gotten any medication.. not even a courtesy call back as of yet…

From start to finish Dr.Qs attentiveness to my medical concerns was just simply outstanding. He embodies true passion for his trade and meticulous knowledge of the procedures he performs. I wish to express my utmost expression of gratitude to Doctor Nazer Qureshi, his skillful talents to recognize the cause of my pain and preforming a completely successful lumbar spine decompression surgery in late February.Hiking has been a favorite activity for many decades until the pain in my lower back and thighs had become so severe I had to stop hiking and to stop sailing on Long Island Sound. Enduring months of physical therapy, a lumbar epidural injection both failed to alleviate the pain, which spread to my left ankle and the inability to move without crutches.The surgery lasted two and a half hours and after a full day and a half in the hospital, I was well enough to return home. After 14 days I am nearly pain free in my lower back and no pain in my legs or ankle. I am able to freely walk unassisted and can drive again. Doctor Qureshi says that after some physical therapy I will be back to hiking the White Mountains of New Hampshire in time for this summers’ hiking season.

I had a L4-L5 disc herniation that left me with trouble walking and sitting for months, had a consult with the doctor, said I needed to get the surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My husband and I both ended up needing brain surgeries three weeks apart and Dr Q was amazing to both of us. He and his colleagues were kind, compassionate and made sure we completely understood what we were each dealing with. He took time to answer all our questions and made us feel like we were his only patients. I met DR Quershi in the ER where I was in excruciating back pain.He explained my diagnosis and what was needed to fix. He was clear,thorough and patiently answered all questions. For the past few years, I had been struggling with severe neck issues that caused my left arm — and later my right arm — to go completely numb and tingle on and off, often accompanied by moderate to severe pain.
