No further treatment is required. Routine mammograms going forward. Tech was very thorough in explaining each step of the mammogram.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I switched from Yale providers to Dr. Smith and it was the worst decision I have made in terms of my MS care. The North Haven back office is a mess - it took almost two months for them to correctly call in my prescriptions (I had to use my free dose of Kesimpta otherwise I would have missed my monthly dose), they do not return emails or call EVER. And when you actually have an appointment, Dr. Smith races and in, gives you a mediocre (at best) exam - says, everything looks good and he's gone. Needless to say, I am back at Yale and have resumed excellent, efficient and appropriate care for my MS.

Office is terrible with communication. I can never get my prescription. I’ve been trying to contact the office for weeks.

The Doctor took his time with me and listened. He ordered the right tests. But the directions to his Norwich office were awful. The GPS does not take you to the right address. The office is in back of the Friendlys Restaurant. So put that in your GPS.

Dr Smith is a great doctor. He has always taken good care of me and answers all my questions. I have learned a lot from him regarding my MS. He has taken the time to coordinate with my other physicians to ensure the medications I take align and aren’t contraindications.

Dr smith was very professional and took his time getting to know my concerns and had a plan of action for my situation..

Not the best bedside manner. He is not one to review imaging and such. Instead he just states everything looks good, rather than explaining the few things on findings. The you get referred to the clinic and its scheduling months out, when your struggling with the migraines now.

Dr Smith is an excellent neurologist. I never feel rushed he takes the time to explain my care plan. I’m very happy and feel lucky to have a caring MD
