Dr. David Curtis and his team are wonderful. He takes time to listen and explains everything in great detail so you can make an educated decision for your treatment. He does not rush you, he puts you at ease, and he genuinely cares about your concerns. I feel blessed to have found him. I highly recommend him as your surgeon.

I was referred to Dr Curtis back in December after an endoscopy confirmed the presence of a rare tumor on my pancreas. Dr Curtis explained the procedure in detail and left me feeling alot better than when I first walked into his office. I deffinately felt like I was in good hands. I had my surgery on February 24th. Everyday that I was in the hospital, Dr Curtis came to check on me. He is the most considerate and kind doctor I have ever met. He is also honest and straightforward. I am feeling great after my procedure and already back to normal activities and eating. I really think Dr. Curtis's surgical skill played a role in my accelerated recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Curtis and his entire team.

First time seeing this surgeon personally and I'm absolutely impressed and SO HAPPY hes gonna be the one to take care of my upcoming surgery. He was super personable, outgoing, knowledgeable, caring, the list goes on. I felt super comfortable with him and appreciated the fact I NOT ONCE felt rushed to get out so he could see the next patient. He spent over an hour and ten min explaining why I need the surgery, what it entails, used a prop piece to show me, along with using a full color picture, of everything he has to do, as well as showed me my scans from beginning to now and ive NEVER had a doctor actually show me my scans and point to the problem(s). He also made sure to tell me his plans A,B and god forbid a C. By the time I left there he made sure I understood and honestly If I needed too, I felt like he'd of spent another hour with me if need be. Hes just very thorough and not once made me feel rushed or stupid for not understanding anything! What i need done is ALOT for someone my age and is scary but he made sure I knew everything, good, bad and ugly, and I appreciated that more than anything. I dont think once the surgery happens ill need to change my review but I will add if need be. Highly reccomend him if you want someone with empathy, knowledge and personable. I even told my husband I think I trust this guy more than any surgeon ive ever had hes just so REAL and again never made me feel rushed and THAT was big for me.

My wife and I met with Dr Curtis to discuss my gallbladder removal. This would typically be a simple surgery with robotics. Although I have several medical criteria, which makes it very complicated. When Dr Curtis was done explaining the procedure and having 3 plans that would ensure my safety, through the entire process. If plan A didn’t make sense, then he would go to plan B and so on. He took his time and answered all our questions and resolved all of our concerns. We were both very impressed and at ease, after consulting with him. I would recommend Dr Curtis to anyone needing extra special care in surgery!
